1. Please submit 1 set of original documents above with 2 sets of copies to TCCCI
2. Kindly please issue cheque RM35.00 per person per cheque. Payable to THE ASSOCIATED CHINESE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY OF MALAYSIA.
3. A payment of RM 100.00 shall be made directly to Immigration Department of Malaysia during card collection.
