APEC Business Travel Card

Required documents to submit TCCCI:

Application letter from the applicant’s company (company letter) to ACCCIM and Immigration Department of Malaysia with confirmation on: (please refer SAMPLE LETTER)

i. Name, date of birth, identity card and passport number of applicant

ii. Applicant’s position in company and justification for applying an APEC Business Card Travel

A copy of Work Permit or Permanent Resident ID

 

1.      For renewal, please provide a photocopy of current APEC card

2.      Please submit 1 set of original documents above with 2 sets of copies to TCCCI

3.   Kindly please issue cheque RM35.00 per person per cheque. Payable to THE ASSOCIATED CHINESE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY OF MALAYSIA.

4.   A payment of RM 100.00 shall be made directly to Immigration Department of Malaysia during card collection.
